There are numerous wonderful things to see and do in the UK. Here is my list of some the best places. These include natural areas, cities, tourist attractions outside London and also a list of London attractions. Watch the video + worksheet

Snowdonia Mountain Range: Welsh Mountain range.

Dartmoor National Park: Moorland parkland.

St Ives: Beautiful Cornish village.

Newquay: One of the best surfing towns.

Eden Project: Indoor global world garden.

Stonehenge: Ancient stone circle.

Oxford: Old university city.

Bath: Famous for its Roman Baths.

Brighton: Mini London – cosmopolitan alternative tourist city

Edinburgh: Scottish capital city and castle.

Loch Ness: a deep Scottish lake with possibly a prehistoric monster ‘Nessie’.

Cardiff: The Welsh capital city and top attractions.

Ireland: The two capital cities of Irish culture.

Alton Towers: The best and most exciting fun park in the UK.

Lego Land: All things lego  – a great day out for the family.

Manchester United Stadium: A guided tour and museum for football fans.

London: The tallest Skyscraper, Tower Bridge, The London Eye, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussauds, Harrods, Boat Cruise, Harry Potter studios, the top London museums.
