Fact or Opinion Lesson AEUK
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to our newsletter. This week we've created a fact versus opinion worksheet. It's a common area of EAP teaching and students often need good quality practice in improving their understanding of identifying facts over opinions. The lesson includes a self-reflection activity, fact and opinion definitions, critical reading activities (identifying facts and opinions), guided paragraph writing (using facts in a paragraph) and freer practice (writing a paragraph using research).

Example lesson: here
