Academic Mini Lectures
Hi everyone,
Welcome to our newsletter. This week we've added 15 new mini lectures. In our opinion, these are fantastic lessons as they provide the students with the authentic experience of taking notes on PPT slides while listening to a lecture. The PPT slides have been designed to provide only the main ideas so students listen for subsidiary ideas. There are a set of questions to check their understanding. Perfect!

What are mini lecture lessons?
These are a range of mini lecture listenings and worksheets. Each listening is about 3-4 minutes long and includes video/mp3, PPT slides, question sheet, transcript & answer key. These are listening note-taking exercises using PPT slides and then answering a range of questions to check understanding (T/F/NG, open answer questions, table completion and multiple choice).
