Language Revision: The Basics

  • This lesson is a basic worksheet to revise key meta-language used by teachers in the classroom.
  • It’s a great lesson to do at the beginning of EAP course because it is helpful revision of key terms that students are expected to be aware of on a teaching course.
  • The lesson focuses on parts of speech, nouns (countable/uncountable), verbs (participles), pronunciation (syllables/stress) and punctuation.
